SCHEDULING AND REGISTRATION
We feel strongly that "agency specific" training leads to a stronger, more cohesive team. This approach allows each course to be slightly modified to match the individual needs and abilities of the department and its members. Courses are scheduled based on the agency's time frame and the availability of the HRT instructors.
On occasion an agency may request to "host" or "sponsor" an HRT course which does offer a type of "limited open enrollment." This is usually done in an effort to ensure a consistent level and type of training for the host agency's team and its neighboring, mutual-aid teams. We are more than willing to assist an agency in hosting either an HRT Standard Course or an Agency Custom Course.
To register your department or agency for a Heavy Rescue Training LLC course, first contact us to ensure that the desired training dates are available. Once the dates have been confirmed, HRT LLC will provide a Price Quote for the desired training. If HRT LLC is awarded the bid/contract, the desire training dates will be “lock in” and made unavailable to other agencies.
All Heavy Rescue Training LLC courses are priced based upon the number of participants, the number of requested training days/hours, the number of required instructors and any associated expenses (travel, lodging, equipment rental, etc.). Minimum class size is six (6) students. Maximum class size, as well as the instructor-to-student ratio is dictated by the host Agency’s training location, equipment cache, type/intensity of the HRT LLC course, student skill level, etc.
Please contact us for consult and pricing.
Full course tuition payment can be made prior to the beginning of each course or paid after course delivery based on an HRT LLC Invoice and must be paid no longer than 30 days after the posted invoice date. All payments must be made in the form of check or money order There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned check.
